Terms and Conditions

At AAR Vehicles, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we proudly offer a comprehensive 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible vehicles, giving you added confidence and peace of mind with your purchase. Our guarantee reflects the trust we have in the quality, reliability, and condition of the vehicles we sell, as well as our commitment to delivering an exceptional buying experience.

We encourage every customer to take advantage of this added protection, knowing that our goal is to provide outstanding vehicles, transparent service, and complete satisfaction. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility Criteria

This policy applies exclusively to pre-owned vehicles purchased through our website and delivered using AAR Vehicles’ shipping services. To qualify for a return, the vehicle must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with no modifications, damage, or excessive wear. All returned vehicles must meet these requirements to be eligible for a refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

We encourage customers to review these eligibility requirements carefully to help ensure a smooth, simple, and hassle-free return process.

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee begins on the date the vehicle is delivered and received by the customer and remains valid for the following 30 calendar days. To qualify for a refund, the vehicle must be returned within this period. We encourage customers to carefully observe this timeframe to ensure a smooth, efficient, and hassle-free return process.

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for eligible vehicles is subject to a maximum usage allowance, which may vary depending on the vehicle type. Vehicles that exceed the applicable mileage or usage limit during the guarantee period will not qualify for return under this program. We encourage all customers to review this requirement carefully to ensure eligibility and help facilitate a smooth, straightforward return process.

At AAR Vehicles, we strive to make the return process as simple and convenient as possible. For eligible returns under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, we will arrange and cover the cost of return transportation. All vehicle returns must be coordinated through AAR Vehicles and handled exclusively by our approved transportation partners to ensure a safe, secure, and seamless return experience.

Upon receipt of the returned vehicle, our team will perform a comprehensive inspection to verify that it has been returned in the same condition in which it was originally delivered. If the inspection reveals any damage, modifications, excessive wear, or condition issues beyond normal use, a restocking fee may be assessed based on the extent of the findings. Any applicable fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

We are committed to providing a simple, transparent, and hassle-free return experience for our customers. If you choose to return your vehicle, and it meets all eligibility requirements under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, we will promptly process your refund after the vehicle has successfully completed our inspection process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Any applicable restocking fees or other authorized deductions will be clearly outlined and deducted from the final refund amount.

A restocking fee may apply if a returned vehicle is not in the same condition as when it was originally delivered. This may include, but is not limited to, vehicles with missing parts or accessories, damage beyond normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or returns requested after the expiration of the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee period. Any applicable restocking fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair and reasonable evaluation and will not exceed 10% of the vehicle’s original purchase price.

Please note that our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to vehicles sold “as is.” We encourage all customers to review this policy carefully before completing their purchase to ensure a clear understanding of the terms and conditions.

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the United States.

By purchasing a used vehicle from our company, customers expressly acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. We encourage all customers to review and fully understand these provisions prior to completing their transaction.
